Privacy notice

This is an English summary of the Turkish privacy notice (Gizlilik ve aydınlatma), which is prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and is the authoritative version. Last updated: 9 October 2026.

1. Controller

2. Data we process

• Project enquiry form: name, email address, company name, website, project description, service-specific answers, budget range and delivery preference, how you found us, preferred language and any reference link you share.
• Newsletter (optional): email address, consent and the time of consent.
• Technical data: an irreversible digest derived from your IP address, used only for security and abuse prevention (the IP address itself is not stored in plain text). The site uses no cookies or tracking tools apart from counters that contain no personal data.

3. Purposes

To assess your project enquiry, contact you, clarify the scope and, where appropriate, prepare a quote; to keep records of the enquiry; and to prevent abuse and spam of the form. If you subscribe to the newsletter, to send notes, technical guides and new-work notifications. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter; the two are separate.

4. Legal bases (KVKK)

• Project enquiry: the processing is directly related to entering into or performing a contract, and to the controller’s legitimate interest.
• Security and spam prevention: the controller’s legitimate interest.
• Newsletter: your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the link in every email.

5. Recipients and transfers

Your personal data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing. The following service providers are used to run the service: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and database; the database is kept in a European region) and Resend (email notifications and newsletter confirmation emails). Because these providers are located abroad, your data may be transferred outside Turkey under KVKK Article 9. The transfer takes place when you submit the form and give the relevant consent.

6. How data is collected

Data is collected electronically, entered directly by you through the project enquiry and newsletter forms on this website.

7. Retention

Project enquiries are kept for the duration of the assessment and any resulting business relationship. Enquiries that do not lead to work (lost or unsuitable) are deleted no later than 2 years after the last action. Records of ongoing or completed engagements are kept for the period required by the relevant legislation. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe; a record of your unsubscription may be kept with the minimum data needed to respect your objection.

8. Your rights

By contacting the controller you can ask whether your personal data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; learn the third parties to whom it is transferred in Turkey or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under KVKK Article 7; request that these actions be notified to the third parties to whom data was transferred; object to a result against you arising from exclusively automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

9. How to apply

Send your request, with information that verifies your identity and your enquiry reference number if you have one, to saliharoglu@gmail.com. Requests are answered within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature. You also have the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.

10. Cookies and tracking

This site uses no advertising, behavioural-tracking or session-recording cookies or tools. A security cookie is used only for administrator login to the admin panel; no cookies are set for visitors.
